Ingredients: Raisins, Unsweetened Dried Cranberries, Almond Butter (Freshly Ground), Molasses, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Brown Rice Crisps (Gluten-Free), Vegan Carob Chips, Ground Flax Meal, and Hemp Protein Powder 

Peanut Butter Bar: 140 calories, 4 grams fat, 20 grams carbohydrates, 8 grams protein, 8 grams fiber, 128mg potassium, 8% Iron, 6% Calcium, 1% Vitamin A

    When you order your box of goodness, you will receive one dozen bars specially packaged for storage (the bars freeze for 6 weeks or can stay in the refrigerator for 2 weeks) or packaged for gift giving.  All shipments are included and will be sent priority mail.
